The Federation had organized a workshop at free of cost for mahila directors of UCBs, so as to provide an essential foundation for them to take proper decisions, participate actively in the meeting, resist management fads, misuse of powers by others. In brief, this workshop was aimed at helping them to make wise decisions that create a long term value. The workshop for Mahila Directors of UCBs was held on September 17, 2022.
The following faculties imparted training to the Directors:
1) Smt. Bhagyalatha Kaushik, Dy. G.M., RBI had imparted training on Regulatory Expectations from Directors of UCBs for Strengthening the Sector;
2) Shri Vidyadhar Anaskar, then Chairman of the Federation imparted training on Effective Participation of Directors in Decision-making process in Board and other Meetings, Emerging Banking Concepts, their Aims and Objects, Important Provisions in various important Acts related to Banking, Co-operative Culture, Core Values and Ethics, etc.
