The following faculty imparted training on different subjects:
- Shri Madhav Prabhune, Banking Expert imparted training on Difference between Sec. 101 and 91 of the MCS Act, 1960, Important provisions of Sec. 49, 101 and 98 of the MCS Act, 1960, Procedure for registration of charge in CERSAI with specimen copy thereof, Important provisions of Sec. 138 to 148 of N.I. Act 1881 for dischonoured of cheques and appeals thereunder etc.
- Training Programme held on April 25, 2024 on SARFAESI Act, 2002:




The object of the training programme was to bring awareness about latest changes in the laws pertaining to recoveries, sharpen skills for actions to be taken under SARFAESI Act, to motivate the recovery officials to initiate the actions fearlessly with ultimate aim of recovery of banks’ dues as early as possible, to protect the officials and the bank in the long run even if fight goes up to Supreme Court with practical tips, etc.

Act for recovery? etc.
